Impressive small hotel with polite and welcoming staff in their customer service. Magnificent and fantastic location in Tokyo, adjacent to most tourist spots, the major train stations and the shopping mall.

Had a pleasant stay on a business trip, glad I've chosen it. The location was comfy in an excellent area, right by airports and Shinkansen, friendly staff, good facility and great breakfast, the JR trains, and the international terminal.

Overall nicely appointed and well-equipped hotel, good meals.

Thank you very much everyone for a really nice stay on the business trip. I had nice food for breakfast with very good eggs Benedict. The setting was magnificent and unbeatable, close enough to all the major tourist attractions. It also was in a main tourist district.

I had an exceptional stay at this brand-new hotel. The staff were all customer-facing and provided excellent service. My room was well-equipped and reasonably priced with huge bed, robes, a divine view. The morning breakfast was delicious with very good eggs and asian options and the next portion. Also, location was comfortable and handy, at a medium distance from an industrial museum. There was a good restaurant, shopping centers and several stores next door. Was a convenient base for trip.

Well, the area was extremely busy overall.

Tastefully decorated and brand-new room, besides I had a PANORAMIC view on the horizon. The beds were large, the bathroom was large.

Incredible location, very friendly staff, panoramic views of Tokyo skyline. High quality, decent sized room with a separate bathroom and a shower and a tub. Large beds, delicious selection for breakfast. Location just next door to the train station of Shinagawa which connects to all major subway lines in Tokyo, the center and public transport. Also, by a pedestrian bridge.

Marvellous and beautiful location, within a close distance from Shinagawa Inter City.

The hotel had a central setting to everything in Tokyo. It was also so close to various subway lines at other stations, which may be daunting to first time visitors, and shinagawa station and shopping malls.

The service at Intercontinental was exceptional. I arrived with 7 big suitcases and despite a slight delay, the staff eventually helped with bringing them to my room. The room itself was comfortable and the adjustable thermostat was a nice touch. The breakfast in the Club Lounge was delightful, especially the delicious croissant. I highly recommend this hotel.

The noise of Shinagawa station, IF your room is on that side... For the rest very functional, acceptable hotel!

Room over looked the railway tracks of Shinawaga station and therefore was noisy. I changed room as a result. When you check in ask for a room away from the railway tracks.

Convenient location near train station. Attentive staff, comfortable room and bed. Excellent shower in the bathroom. Good quality breakfast with tasty eggs Benedict. Very accommodating and VIP-like treatment. Excellent views from the room. Well-looked after. Good access to transportation. Polite and helpful staff. Quiet and well-maintained room. Great for dealing with subway system.

The room design and Internet speed were pleasing for a weary traveler.

The breakfast buffet was very good, but could have added additional items to the western side.
